We want you to love your jane iredale products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the printed return authorization is included inside.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
